AJ is a serial Entrepreneur who successfully founded and sold a BPM (Business Process Management) software company, and also successfully established an IT consulting company. AJ has his MS in Computer Science from the University of Pune, India, and resides in San Diego, CA.

Andrew has held Chief Risk & Compliance Officer positions at Mercer, Oliver Wyman and Citi. He has supervised global teams and managed regulatory relationships across multiple jurisdictions. He is an award-winning film maker, bringing to life complex corporate compliance and ethics issues on the big screen. He received his Law Degree from London Guildhall University.

Ed was CFO and Treasurer for Deluxe Corporation in Minneapolis. Deluxe is a multi-billion public corporation that provides professional financial services for companies. Prior to this, he was the VP of Corporate Development, Treasury, and Investor Relations for Digital River. Ed has his MBA from UT, Dallas, and his BBA from the University of North Dakota.

EVAN DONALDSON

VP OF SOLUTIONS

Evan has a background in building and managing high-performance teams. Evan was the Regional Managing Director of Eastridge Infotech prior to joining OptimEyes.  Evan has provided outsourced technical professional services resources, as well as top-tier staffing and hiring expertise and management consulting through a company he started, Talentry.  Evan did his BA work at the University of San Diego, and his graduate work at San Diego State University.

Dr. Trevino is a Technology Executive and Decision-Scientist working to alter the sensory experience of Data Informed Decision-Making through the use of Visual Analytics, 3 Dimensional Visualizations and the incorporation of the Neuroscience, Cognitive and Behavioral Psychology of Decision-Making.  Previously, Dr. Trevino served as a US Intelligence Officer and Senior Technical Director at the National Security Agency (NSA). He holds a Bachelor’s, two Master’s, and a Doctoral degree in addition to various certifications.

Prior to Sysco, Charles served in the CISO role at Altria and Sterling National Bank, and he was the SVP of Global Operational Risk Management Strategy at Citi. Charles serves as an Advisory Board Member to IBM Security and the Richmond Technology Council.

Reema Poddar

Reema Poddar is a respected thought leader – a highly experienced technology executive and authority on data analytics, machine learning, artificial intelligence, cloud services, IoT and IIoT. Her successes include setting product and technology strategy, building and delivering commercially viable innovative product & services offering, accelerating digital & cultural transformations, enhancing customer experiences, and delivering great results & increased revenue in the digital market.

She has great experience working in startups, mid-size companies and large enterprises. She has joined as the President & CEO, Diagnostic & Pathway Information, Philips and prior to that she was the EVP & Chief Product Officer of Teradata. She is honored with numerous Business, Technology, and Leadership awards.

Philip Quade

Phil is a member of a number of external Enterprise, start-up, and Government Boards, and a venture capital firm. He appears regularly in NBC, CNBC, Forbes, USA Today, Washington Post, and other outlets, and is the author of The Digital Big Bang (Wiley Publishing, 2019). Phil is married with three children.

Phil recently served as the Chief Information Security Officer of the world’s largest cybersecurity company, advised business and government executives worldwide, and helped grow shareholder value by ~10x during that time.

Prior to that, he was a long-time executive of the National Security Agency, with diverse assignments such as the creation and execution of highly disruptive technical and operational worldwide capabilities within the guidelines of the President, Congress, and Courts; formation and execution of forward-leaning national security strategies and policies at the White House, and; day-to-day operations of the national security organization responsible for the worldwide protection of classified information, generation of nuclear command & control codes, and production of the nation’s and our allies’ cryptographic keys. Other assignments included US Cyber Command; the US Senate; the Director of National Intelligence, and a special CIA/Pentagon joint center.

Stuart Lee

Chief Privacy Officer, VMware

Stuart is the Chief Privacy Officer at virtualization giant VMware. Prior to this, he served as a Privacy and Data Protection Specialist Leader at Deloitte, working globally across technology, retail, government, and manufacturing sectors; helping clients to navigate complex data privacy and cyber security challenges.

Stuart has his BA from Flagler College, a Master’s and Ph.D. from the University of Cambridge. He is a Certified Data Privacy Solutions Engineer (CDPSE), holds CIPP/US, CIPP/E, and CIPP/M certifications, and is a Fellow of Information Privacy (FIP) with the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP).

Mark Webber

US Managing Partner, Fieldfisher

Mark Webber is Fieldfisher’s US Managing Partner and a leading European lawyer and English solicitor. He is one of a few leading EU/UK privacy and technology specialists based full time in Silicon Valley. With over 22 years of experience, Mark is recognized as an expert in the Data Privacy & Protection and Information Technology chapters of Who’s Who Legal: Data 2021.

He is a member of the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP) training faculty and holds and regularly trains the CIPP(e) European data certification. He co-authored the UK chapter of Global Security and Privacy Law published by Wolters Kluwer.

Gerald Smith

Gerald Smith has built Global Privacy programs from infancy and bare structure to fully functioning, robust data protection programs that span the globe. Currently the VP of Privacy at Cuebiq, Gerald has held Data Protection and Privacy roles with Asurion, GM Financial, and others.

Gerald has a BA in Economics from UNC, Chapel Hill, a JD from Chapman University School of Law, and an EMBA. Gerald holds FIP, CIPM, and CIPP certifications.

Prantik Mazumdar is an entrepreneur & venture investor and acts as a Digital Transformation Catalyst in organizations to drive change, growth & impact.

After graduating from NUS, he kick-started his career with the Singapore government to drive international trade promotion for the country.

He started his entrepreneurial journey with Happy Marketer in 2011 where he spent a decade scaling up one of the most awarded independent digital marketing services firms, before a successful exit to Dentsu International.
He is a regular columnist and in 2015, he was recognized as one of the Top 50 Most Influential Marketers in the World.

Omar Jacques Omran

Chief Digital Officer, Six Flags

Omar Jacques Omran is the Chief Digital Officer of Six Flags. Prior to Six Flags, Mr. Omran worked for Welbilt from October 2019 to August 2022.

He was the Vice President of Digital Transformation at Welbilt and Managing Director of Welbilt’s KitchenConnect brand.

Welbilt is the one of the largest commercial kitchen equipment manufacturers in the world. Under Mr. Omran’s leadership KitchenConnect became the biggest cloud platform in the foodservice industry globally, connecting any smart equipment in a restaurant.

He also founded the largest smart restaurant ecosystem, backed-up by some of the biggest technology companies. Prior to joining Welbilt, Mr. Omran was responsible for digital offerings at Middleby from July 2016 to August 2019. He founded Middleby Connect (known today as Open Kitchen), which became one of the largest cloud platforms in the food service industry.

Mr. Omran has an entrepreneurial background and co-founded several technology companies (Live Love, TeraNotes, and Virtual Software).

He also created the most accurate malaria detection software in the world. Mr. Omran holds a B.S. in Computer Science from the Lebanese American University and is currently pursuing an Executive MBA at MIT.

Prasad Ramakrishnan

SVP of IT and CIO, Freshworks

Prasad Ramakrishnan is an innovator in a “Cloud First” ecosystem who has successfully transitioned companies from a traditional IT architecture to a user experience enhanced cloud-only architecture. He has the ability to Operate at C-level as a business partner with the Board, other C-Level executives and third-party partners, and he has hands-on experience with managing core infrastructure, end user services, Cloud platforms and SaaS applications.

Prasad possesses a unique combination of product development, consulting operations and corporate IT experience, and brings experience in defining and implementing compliance requirements (e.g. SOX) for public and pre-IPO companies. He enjoys working in dynamic fast-paced environments where innovation and customer experience is the primary focus.

Michael Loechle

Chief Information Officer, Hitachi Energy

Michael Loechle is Chief Information Officer at Hitachi Energy. He is a strategic business partner who knows how to get things done in complex multi-level organizations. Nicolas Herman

Chief Financial Officer, Microsoft Canada

Nicolas Herman is the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for Microsoft Canada. In this role he provides financial leadership to the subsidiary, drives shareholder value and plays a critical role in key strategic growth and profitability initiatives as well as the organization’s efforts to maintain a fully compliant culture.

Prior to his current role, Nicolas was the CFO of Latin America, leading the Finance organization across 8 subsidiaries and 23 sales locations.

With over 19 years working with Microsoft, he has held roles such as the US Public Sector Finance Director, Microsoft Spain’s CFO, and Regional Controller for the Middle East and Africa. In every role, he has helped organizations transform, grow, and deliver on Microsoft’s mission around the world.

Nicolas began his career with Ernst & Young in France and in the United Kingdom, where he was in charge of Audits for IT, Communication and manufacturing companies. He holds a Bachelor degree in Management from Ecole des Sciences Economiques et Commerciales (ESSEC, France) and a Masters degree in Accountancy (Diplôme d’Etudes Supérieures Comptables et Financières, France).

Chandra McCormack

Chief Financial Officer
Chandra McCormack is a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) with 30 years of financial leadership, including in public, private equity, and private companies representing multiple industries. She has led integrations and financial management in many countries and is well-travelled having lived in the US, India and Belgium.

Chandra most recently served as CFO for Acosta, a private-equity backed full-service sales and marketing B2B/B2C agency with 30K employees and 2500 clients, managing both the physical grocery shelf and e-commerce digital shelf for top consumer-packaged goods (CPG) and consumer electronics (CE) companies in the US, Canada, and Europe. In her role, Chandra led financial diligence and deal-modeling, completing four strategic acquisitions as part of its turnaround. She also led a rationalization plan of 100 systems to ten, while incorporating SAAS, AI, cyber and cloud solutions and managing Acosta’s strategic growth algorithm.

Prior to Acosta, Chandra served in CFO roles in diverse industries including transportation, retail-restaurant, and CPG, including 13 years with Dean Foods Company while the company grew from $300M to $12B. She was involved with all aspects of SEC reporting including risk factors, MDA, and financial disclosures as an Officer. Her last five years at Dean Foods, she served as VP Finance for Dean’s $900M ice cream business. She has also led due diligence of two private CPG companies sold to private equity, led supply chain/procurement, worked in management consulting and retail banking, and expanded mid-market companies to multi-state.

Chandra is a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and earned her MBA (with an emphasis in IT) from Univ of Texas, Arlington. She has been honored with multiple awards, including CFO of the Year from the Dallas Business Journal, Top Women in Grocery 2021 Executive award from Progressive Grocer, awards from the National and Texas Diversity Council (Power 50, Most Powerful & Influential Women, and Top 15 Businesswomen Awards), and 2021 and 2022 D CEO Dallas 500.

Michael Gregoris

Chief Financial Officer, Kraft Heinz Canada

Michael Gregoris is the CFO of Kraft Heinz Canada and Coffee North America, and in his role oversees FP&A, Strategic Planning, Revenue Management, Corporate and Trade Finance for the division. 

Prior to Kraft Heinz, Michael held increasing senior roles at Anheuser-Busch InBev (AB-InBev), including CFO of Labatt Breweries of Canada, and Global Finance VP of FP&A.  Prior to AB-InBev, Michael worked in Consulting at Accenture. He has also served on the boards of Brewers Retail Inc (“The Beer Store”), Brewers Distribution Ltd and Lime Connect.

With over 15 years of professional experience, Michael has successfully led transformational and strategic initiatives including M&A, integration and synergy capture, process change management and implementation of efficiency projects. He holds an Honours Degree in Engineering from the University of Toronto, and he is a Six Sigma Green Belt.

Shalini Urankar

VP & CFO, Iron Mountain

Shalini is the VP and CFO for Americas for Records & Information Management at Iron Mountain. She is responsible for Financial Planning & Management, financial performance of Operational & Commercial KPIs and short/long term growth plans for the NA & LATAM regions.

Prior to Iron Mountain, Shalini was COO at Demeter Technologies, where she led Business Development and Customer Acquisition. At Demeter, Shalini worked on commercializing Demeter’s flagship product, a precision agriculture application, which leveraged AI/ML and drone technology to provide insights on farm health and crop breeding.

Before joining the executive team at Demeter, Shalini worked at P&G in Finance & Strategy for over 10 years on mega brands such as Pampers, Always, Cascade & Febreze. At P&G, she led P&L management, product & retail strategy and cost innovation. Prior to P&G, she worked in Investment Banking at Credit Suisse and Technology/Product Development at Intel Corporation and LSI Logic.

Outside of work, Shalini leads important initiatives to drive social and community impact. Her volunteer leadership includes serving on the Board of Intel Involved, P&G United Way’s campaign, Greater Boston Food Bank and SOLV (watershed rehabilitation in NW Oregon). She currently serves on the Board of OptimEyes.ai, Cambridge Volunteer Clearinghouse and FEI Boston Chapter.

She holds an M.B.A. from University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a M.S. in Electrical Engineering from Texas A&M University.
